You can contact the Navy College Virtual Education Center (NCVEC) between the hours of 0700 - 1900 Eastern Time, Monday-Friday (closed on Federal holidays) by submitting a Help Request, initiate a chat, or by calling. Additionally, Sailors may schedule a counseling appointment through the VOLED Appointment Scheduler. Appointments are conducted on the telephone.
NOTE: The NCVEC’s holiday customer service hours will be 0700-1200 Eastern Time on Friday 22 and 29 December and 0700-1630 Eastern Time 26-28 December. Regular hours will resume on Tuesday 02 January.
