NCPACE DL is a voluntary education benefit available to Sailors assigned to Type 2 and 4 sea duty commands, as well as active duty IAs/GSAs/OSAs serving OCONUS. NCPACE DL pays up to 100% (within fiscal year caps and limits) of tuition charged by educational institutions for course enrollments. Sailors must meet specific eligibility requirements in order to participate in and receive NCPACE DL benefits.
